Our driver will be present in the arrivals hall holding a board showing the booking lead name waiting to greet you and assist with luggage and any airport facilities you may need to use before leaving for your transfer to your chosen destination.
Our drivers are on hand to deal with any luggage problems you may experience on arrival at the airport. If you have lost any items of luggage we would ask that you kindly contact our office to advise of the situation so we can in turn let the driver know of your imminent arrival. Please note we cannot wait for lost luggage to arrive on later flights, baggage services will deliver your luggage to you.
