
Airport transfers are available from Geneva, Chambery, Grenoble and Lyon St Exupery airports to all alpine resorts. Services operate all year round and are available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Delays and Lost luggage
At Alpinecab we endeavour to monitor your flights take off time and progress, we are prepared for any delay or early arrival your flight may experience. However, if the delay becomes unreasonable, in excess of more than two hours after the agreed arrival time, you can appreciate this will cause us considerable scheduling problems, and, we may have to consider cancelling the original reservation. We will always at Alpinecab after a delay is experienced with your flight, remain as flexible as possible, and attend to your every need in ensuring you are transferred to your resort as soon as possible.
If your baggage has failed to arrive, please make contact, immediately with our reservations office (telephone number is located on your booking confirmation). We can then make contact with our driver so he will then be confident of your imminent arrival or offer his professional assistance in dealing with the location of your luggage.
